NOMAS Tiny House Steel Frames are produced by Apec Steel Frame Systems, which it is a part of, by using special CAD-CAM software, in fully CNC controlled and millimetric precision Rollform machines, using galvanized flat structural steel in band form, with high corrosion resistance and strength, in an extremely rapid and precise manner.
NOMAS Tiny House has its own static engineering and steel structure design team.
- Our Tiny House carcasses are produced from profiles with C and U sections of 50, 70, 100 mm in width, 1.0, 1.2 and 1.5 mm in thickness, in accordance with the results of the static analysis made specifically for your project.
- All of our profiles forming the Steel Carcass are ELECTRO GALVANIZED COATED with high corrosion resistance.
- Galvanized Steel Frames; It does not rust over time like black or painted box profile frames, does not require painting, or does not rot and insect like conventional wooden timber frames.
- The steel grade used is S350 / S320 / Dx51 class STRUCTURAL STEEL.
- NOMAS steel frames are completely WELDLESS and self-tapping screws. It can be disassembled and shipped as a profile to very long distances with minimum volume.
- Thanks to the special cutting technique, the continuity of the galvanized coating in the end and installation gap areas of the profiles is not impaired, and corrosion resistance is provided.
- Automatic marking is done with a laser printer on each profile produced.
- INSTALLATION SPACES, in varying sizes according to your needs, are opened with CNC control during production.
- Dimple holes are automatically created at the smart screw connection points.
- You can receive your NOMAS Steel Frame Full Demounted (in profile form) / Demounted Panel or installed on your trailer.
